What is Breathwork?
Breathwork provides an avenue by which we can have more influence over our musculoskeletal system and our overall morphology. How you breath (nasal or mouth), how often you breath, how deeply you breath and what muscles you breath with, all influence the speed and the extent to which you recover from both chronic and acute injury.
We introduce breathwork as early as possible to improve spinal stability and mobility in order to build a robust and adaptable core.
As we build a stable core foundation, we utilize breathwork to improve your overall ability to adapt and respond to physical activity.
